Respond promptly to requests from guests and other departments Fill cart with supplies and transport cart to assigned area Enter guest rooms following procedures for gaining access and ensuring vacancy before entering Make beds and fold terry. Replace dirty linens and terry with clean items. Replace guest amenities and supplies in rooms Clean bathrooms Remove trash, dirty linen, and room service items Check that all appliances are present in the room and in working order Vacuum carpets and perform floor care duties (e.g., in guest rooms and hallway) Report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries Qualifications Aspire to our values of being passionate, strive for excellence, remain relevant, collaborate and act with honor and integrity 1 year of previous customer service or cleaning experience Knowledge in and or experience with Forbes 4/5 Star service standards is preferred Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays is required ...Room Attendant, Attendant, Restaurant, Hotel
