Welcome visitors, determine the nature of their business, and ensure good customer service. Answer phone calls and emails. Be able to provide timely response. Work collaboratively with all internal teams; housekeeping, concierge, valet, maintenance, and the board of directors. Support the Director of Accounting and General Manager with projects as needed. Requirements: HS Diploma or equivalent. Clear communication skills. Strong customer service skills; ability to remain positive, calm, and solution-focused under pressure. Proficiency with data entry and office technology programs such as Microsoft 360, Google Workspace, etc. Strong multitasking and organizational skills. Punctual and dependable.
