Be our next Senior Project Manager/Architect

Your work environment at EXP

In this role, you will be part of the Aviation, Transit, and Commercial Buildings team within the Buildings Sector, based in Dallas or Houston, Texas.

What a day at EXP has in store for you

• Manage the design, production, and coordination of projects nationwide.
• Communicate effectively with clients, project stakeholders, and team members; be a dynamic presenter.
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients, EXP project teams, and subconsultants.
• Negotiate fees, schedules, and contract terms beneficial to both the client and EXP.
• Ensure project performance within financial and schedule parameters, exceeding client expectations.
• Participate in business development activities, including market research, client meetings, marketing proposals, and interviews.

What your experience looks like

• Bachelors or Masters Degree in Architecture or Engineering from an accredited university.
• Architectural License or Professional Engineer License.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
• Proven track record of exceptional performance.
• Experience across various sectors, including Aviation, Rail + Transit, Federal Government, and Higher Education.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit.
• Ability to use financial management software.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
