About the Role

We are looking for a visionary Vice President, Director for HR and Talent Advisory to shape the strategic direction of our North America practice. In this influential leadership role, you will focus on organizational design, leadership, culture, and transformative change. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading client engagements with a commitment to excellence and delivering high-quality consulting services.
  • Driving regional business growth through the cultivation of new client relationships and the expansion of existing accounts.
  • Positioning the firm as a trusted partner for senior executives by engaging in strategic discussions with high-value clients.
  • Representing the firm externally to enhance its reputation and accountability for regional performance.

The ideal candidate is a dynamic, strategic leader with a consultative mindset, strong commercial acumen, and a proven track record in growing advisory practices. Your ability to lead and develop teams, coupled with a passion for inclusive practices and stakeholder engagement, will be crucial in this role. Qualifications include:

  • An advanced degree in a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in human capital consulting.
  • A strong background in organizational design, leadership consulting, culture, and change management.
  • Proven experience in client advisory and team leadership, along with a successful business development record.

Your agility, resilience, and influential communication skills will enable you to navigate complex client needs. A deep understanding of diverse talent requirements and an interest in leveraging AI and machine learning tools in consulting roles are also vital.
