Regional CM/CEI Practice Director

We are seeking a Regional CM/CEI Practice Director for our Texas locations. The successful candidate will manage JMT's Construction Management and Inspection services in Texas, including project management, inspection, claims support, scheduling, and more. Responsibilities also include driving regional growth, mentoring staff, and developing business strategies to ensure practice success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate growth strategies with leadership
• Build relationships with partners, contractors, and clients
• Expand market presence via marketing and business development
• Manage practice budget and resources
• Lead proposal development
• Provide technical expertise and resource planning
• Recruit and manage staff, providing leadership and performance management

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field
• PE license or equivalent
• 15+ years' experience in discipline, supervision, project management, and business development
• Strong relationships with TxDOT and municipal agencies
• Proven leadership and project management skills
