Opportunity Details

In this role, you will:

1. Lead a multi-discipline team of engineers and technicians.
2. Manage diverse projects across design services and EPC programs.
3. Oversee design quality, budget, and schedule.
4. Support client interactions, proposals, and business development.

Location

This position is based in one of the following offices: Overland Park, KS; Ann Arbor, MI; Burlington, MA; Chattanooga, TX; Houston, TX; Tualatin, OR; Phoenix, AZ; Raleigh, NC. The role offers a hybrid work environment with two days remote per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and quality standards.
• Coordinate project activities and serve as engineer of record if applicable.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure standards compliance.
• Mentor team members and support business development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of related experience.
• P.E. license highly preferred.
• Experience with substation design and project lifecycle.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
