About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Manufacturing to spearhead the transformation of its production operations into a world-class, scalable, and efficient system. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full spectrum of manufacturing, from strategy development to execution, with a strong focus on continuous improvement, on-time delivery, high quality, and cost-effectiveness. This hands-on leadership role demands a leader who can balance daily operational demands with a long-term vision, and who is passionate about lean manufacturing, operational excellence, and team development. Key responsibilities for the Vice President of Manufacturing include overseeing all manufacturing operations, developing and executing a manufacturing strategy aligned with business goals, leading and mentoring a strong team, and ensuring adherence to safety, compliance, and environmental standards. The role also involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize product delivery and readiness, managing production schedules, capacity planning, and performance metrics, and driving a culture of accountability and engagement on the factory floor. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in manufacturing operations, a strong background in lean manufacturing and team leadership, and deep knowledge of supply chain, production planning, quality systems, and factory operations. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with advanced degrees or certifications being a plus.
