Overview
The Artificial Intelligence (AI) & Business Intelligence (BI) Reporting Analyst supports the organization by building and maintaining data reporting solutions that improve visibility and decision-making. This role combines SQL, Power BI, and emerging AI-driven analytics to create clear, reliable dashboards and reports. Ideal for a recent graduate, this position offers the opportunity to grow technical and business skills while contributing to real-time reporting and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI and SQL.
• Assist in creating data models and queries to ensure accuracy and performance.
• Explore opportunities to apply AI tools for enhanced data analysis and insights.
• Partner with business teams to gather reporting requirements and translate them into solutions.
• Support troubleshooting and optimization of existing reporting processes.
• Document reporting procedures, queries, and business rules for knowledge sharing.
• Ensure performance, security, and availability of databases.
• Prepare documentations and specifications.
• Assist in the accuracy and audit of production formulas.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Strong understanding of databases and SQL query writing.
• Familiarity with Power BI or other BI tools (internships, projects, or coursework acceptable).
• Interest in AI/ML concepts and their application in reporting.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to learn quickly.
• Effective communicator, able to explain technical findings to non-technical users.
• Capable of troubleshooting common database issues Strong organizational skills and confidence in building relationships both internally and externally.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment in which requirements & priorities constantly change.
Physical Requirements
This position requires the employee to regularly sit; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. The employee will need to frequently stand and walk.
