About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President for Chronic Kidney Disease and Value-Based Care Capabilities. In this pivotal role, you will partner with our executive leadership team to drive strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing patient engagement, physician collaboration, and reducing the total cost of care for patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD).
As the Vice President, you will collaborate closely with the Chief Medical Officer and Group Vice President to foster clinical innovations and ensure exceptional patient care. You will lead the development and ongoing enhancement of CKD care models, while also engaging nephrologists to integrate them into our model of care. Your expertise in various healthcare programs and initiatives—including end-of-life care, social determinants of health, readmissions, and high-risk programs—will be vital to your success.
To qualify, you should have 5-10 years of progressive leadership experience in value-based care, health plan risk operations, or at-risk payer services organizations. A notable track record in total cost of care reduction, care integration, and healthcare data interoperability is essential. A Bachelor's degree is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
Your leadership philosophy must align with our core values, and we seek someone with the ability to inspire, recruit, and cultivate high-performing teams. Strong communication and presentation skills are a must.
This company is an equal-opportunity employer and is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
