• Handle Inventory: Pack, load, and ship merchandise with precision, ensuring items reach stores and guests efficiently.
• Maintain Organization: Keep a clean and orderly workspace, supporting an effective workflow.
• Report Promptly: Arrive on time and complete assigned tasks accurately and within deadlines.
• Engage in Problem Solving: Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing tasks and processes.
• Collaborate Effectively: Maintain a respectful and positive attitude while working independently and as part of a team.

Requirements:

• Ability to frequently lift and carry merchandise weighing 35-50 lbs.
• Capable of occasionally lifting items up to 60 lbs.
• Comfortable standing, walking, pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching during shifts.
• Good grasp of basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction).
• Ability to read and understand labels and product documentation.
• Familiarity with operating computer systems or handheld devices following training.
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
• Proficient in understanding, speaking, and reading English to follow safety protocols and instructions.
