Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Willingness to obtain food handlers and TABC certification

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests promptly and warmly
• Demonstrate comprehensive menu knowledge to assist our guests
• Accurately take and enter food and drink orders into the POS system
• Serve food, manage service, and assist with pre-bussing
• Present checks and process payments efficiently
• Deliver an outstanding experience that encourages guests to return and recommend us to others
• Keep your section clean and well-stocked

Additional Qualifications:

• Natural hair color
• Well-maintained fingernails
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• 1+ year of experience in the food and restaurant industry
• Skills in running food and serving in a fast casual setting
• ServSafe Food Handler Certification
• ServSafe Alcohol Certification

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience handling customer complaints effectively
