Job Details

Oversee production processes to enhance efficiency and determine where to make improvements. Manage a team of 40 production employees and build strategies to maximize performance. Set goals for the production team, complete performance evaluations, and provide proper training. Collaborate with other departments on materials required for jobs. Communicate regularly with upper management regarding issues impacting production. Evaluate machine resources to ensure continued production and minimal downtime. Develop workflow procedures that improve efficiency without compromising safety or quality. Perform all other duties as requested.
