Clayton Services is searching for a Project Manager to join a thriving company in Houston, Texas.



Job Type: Direct Hire

Pay Rate: $125,000-$150,000/year

Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring that they align with organizational goals.


• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.


• Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, resources, and budget management.


• Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure the smooth execution of projects.


• Monitor and track project progress, adjusting timelines and resource allocation as needed.


• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues to ensure successful project delivery.


• Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders, team members, and senior management.


• Facilitate project meetings, ensuring effective communication and decision-making.


• Ensure adherence to project management best practices, organizational policies, and quality standards.


• Manage project documentation, including contracts, budgets, reports, and risk assessments.


• Other duties as assigned

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.


• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle competing priorities.


• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.


• In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira).


• Strong financial acumen with experience managing project budgets and resources.


• Ability to think strategically and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

• 5+ years of project management experience is required.


• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is required.


• A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field is required; a Master's is preferred.


• Water treatment industry experience is required.


• Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
