Project Controls Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Controls Manager to support major industrial projects in the Deer Park area. This role oversees project planning, scheduling, cost control, forecasting, and reporting to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and CPM schedules
• Track progress, analyze trends, and report project performance ????
• Lead cost control, estimating, and scheduling activities
• Collaborate with field teams, clients, and leadership on scope, schedule, and performance
• Supervise and mentor a project controls team (schedulers, estimators, engineers, admins) ????
• Support training and development for up-and-coming project controls professionals

Qualifications

• Industrial construction or maintenance experience required ????
• Strong proficiency in Primavera P6, SAP, Power BI, and Google Suite
• Proven background in cost reporting, forecasting, and schedule management
• Prior leadership or team-management experience
• Bachelor's in Engineering or Construction Management preferred
