What You'll Get to Do

The Customer Service Rep 1 is focused on providing product/service information, processing orders, resolving issues reports to the Customer Service Manager.

This role is perfect for an individual who possesses ability to understand and address customer needs/concerns effectively, attention to detail and strong communications skills (verbal and written). A vital member of the Customer Service Department, this is an opportunity to build a career with an industry leader.

Job responsibilities include:

• Provide product/service information and resolve issues
• Process orders and act as a customer service advocate
• Coordinate with sales and production to meet deadlines
• Resolve product/service problems and ensure resolution
• Document customer interactions and maintain product knowledge

What We Are Looking For

• 1 year customer service experience, preferably in manufacturing
• Proficient in alphanumeric data entry
• Working knowledge of Word and Excel MS Office Suite
• Ability to perform basic math and identify geometric shapes
• Strong verbal and written communication
