Job Details

We are actively recruiting for an experienced Refrigeration Maintenance Planner to support a major industrial facility. This position requires strong technical knowledge of refrigeration systems and hands-on experience in planning/scheduling maintenance activities for heavy industrial environments.

Must-Have Technical Skills

• Proven Maintenance Planning experience (at least 2+ years)
• Heavy industrial maintenance background (12 yrs OR 7 yrs w/ Associate's OR 4 yrs w/ Bachelor's)
• Hands-on experience with refrigeration systems (ammonia preferred)
• Experience with rotating equipment (pumps, compressors, motors)
• Strong SAP-PM experience (required)
• Prometheus planning tool experience (required)
• Experience creating/maintaining BOMs, job plans, task lists
• Ability to work in PSM-regulated environments

Certifications / Required Credentials

• Technical/Vocational certification in millwright or equivalent
• TWIC card (or must be eligible to obtain immediately)

Software Skills

• SAP-PM
• Prometheus
• Microsoft Office Suite
