The HT Group has a legal services client in Houston, TX, looking for a Records Processor who is detail-oriented, organized, and dependable to support the Records Management team by reviewing, coding, and electronically filing client documents in compliance with firm and client policies. This is a contract-to-hire role, fully onsite in Houston, TX- 77027.
Responsibilities:
Collect, sort, and prepare client documents for electronic filing
Review, analyze, and accurately code documents for digital storage
Ensure records are maintained in accordance with firm and client policies
Perform administrative support tasks as assigned
Requirements:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Experience using Adobe Acrobat
Prior administrative or records management experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication, grammar, and spelling skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work with minimal supervision
Punctual, positive, and team-oriented attitude
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
