As a Software Engagement Specialist, you will provide product training to Reynolds and Reynolds customers both in a classroom setting and over the internet in our cutting‑edge Learning Labs. You will also coordinate and deliver in‑person presentations to prospective clients in our state‑of‑the‑art Innovation Center.
The Innovation Center is an impressive new facility with advanced technology and design allowing for presentations in a model dealership. You will work with a team of instructors and specialists dedicated to supporting the Innovation Center and our sales process.
The Learning Labs utilize Webex Training Center to conduct ‘Net Classes online, complete with live audio and video, application sharing, and hands‑on lab computers for students.
In this role, you will be responsible for becoming a product expert through company‑led training, self‑paced software testing, and peer‑reviewed run‑throughs. To deliver highly professional persuasive presentations, the position requires regular improvement of your knowledge of the solutions; therefore, system maintenance and training are part of the daily routine. Additional time will be spent researching, creating, writing, and revising presentation materials.
