Maintenance Associate

Location: Spring, TX

Pay: $18/hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8a-4:30p

This position is based out of our main office in Spring, Texas, but requires travel to multiple job sites as needed. Work locations may include, but are not limited to: Huntsville, Conroe, Liberty, Houston, Shenandoah, and Cleveland.

Mileage reimbursement will be provided for travel between work locations.

Your Role:

• Providing repair and upkeep services for the residences of our clients, which may involve troubleshooting plumbing or electrical problems, fixing appliances, etc.
• Conducting inspections and addressing damages in different parts of buildings.
• Performing painting and surface refinishing tasks.
• Applicants must possess their own tools for the tasks.
• Assisting with basic vehicle maintenance, such as changing a flat tire or replacing a brake light bulb.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Applicants must possess their own tools.
• Minimum 1 year of related experience.
• Working knowledge of and ability to handle all maintenance and electrical equipment.
• Ability to manage/prioritize multiple tasks.
• Effective communication skills and well-developed problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality in everything you do.
