We are seeking a skilled and bilingual Phlebotomist II, proficient in both Spanish and English, to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in blood draws, labeling specimens, centrifuging specimens, recording maintenance data, decontamination, and updating patient information. You will be responsible for collecting and storing specimens according to established procedures and explaining the process of venipuncture and specimen collection to patients in a clear and courteous manner.

Work Environment:
Work in a dynamic and fast-paced laboratory or hospital setting. The role requires adherence to safety protocols and procedures, including understanding and compliance with OSHA and DEP regulations. The position involves frequent interaction with patients, requiring excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively in both Spanish and English.

Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
