Position Summary

Perform all warehousing functions as required to support material and distribution needs of PROENERGY.

Reports To: Warehouse Manager

Work Location: 6401 North Eldridge Pkwy., Houston, TX 77041

Position Responsibilities

• Follows all safety procedures to safeguard against personnel and team accidents.
• Receive and distribute daily inbound material in a timely manner
• Assist with resolving receipt discrepancies and non-conforming material for return
• Handle and store material to inventory.
• Operates fork trucks and high reach trucks safely and efficiently.
• Perform inventory transactions per instructions.
• Assist Kitting departments as needed.
• Pick and package material for shipping orders as instructed.
• Perform weekly cycle counts
• Keep work areas safe and clean
• The adaptability to accept change when needed.

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED and more than 6 months of general work experience; Additional experience may be considered in lieu of H.S. education.
• Experience Warehouse operation and Receiving in an industrial environment
• Experience with working Fork truck operation .
• US work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa.
• Successful candidate will need to satisfactorily complete pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Desired Qualifications

• Proficient computer skills using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Available to work flexible work schedule of 40+ hours per week as required
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn computer programs as needed.
• General knowledge of tools and equipment
