Job Description

Qualifications
Basic:
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 7 years of experience in the Information Technology field.

Preferred:
• At least 5 years of experience in technology consulting, enterprise and solutions architecture, and architectural frameworks.
• At least 2 years of experience on AWS Redshift Implementation, with at least 2 large-scale migrations from relational RDBMS to AWS implementation projects.
• 5+ years of experience on ETL and Reporting tools and technologies.
• Extensive experience in Amazon EMR and related big data technology stack.
• Informatica 8.x / 9.x Upgrade experience is an added advantage.
• Candidate should have extensive experience in providing AWS-related architectural solutions by understanding client existing architectural tools & technologies.
• Understanding of Business Objects and Tableau reporting tools is an added advantage.
• Extensive experience in migration planning, organizing, and executing large-scale applications/projects.
• Project/account management experience is an added advantage.
• Extensive experience in understanding migration challenges and providing solutions without impacting business and project timelines.
• Candidate should have experience in validating data integration by developing and executing test plans and scenarios, including data design, tool design, data extract/transform, networks, and hardware.
• Must have extensive implementation knowledge and experience on performance tuning and optimization on AWS Redshift.
• Enhances information architecture and competence by planning delivery of solutions, answering technical and procedural questions for less experienced team members, and mentoring team members on AWS implementation solutions & approach.
• Experience in defining new architectures and driving independent projects from an architectural standpoint.
• At least 3 years of experience in thought leadership, white papers, and leadership/mentoring of staff and internal consulting teams.
• Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel.
