What role will you play?

As a Vice President in the Midstream Infrastructure M&A Advisory group, you will be an instrumental member of the midstream advisory team supporting our clients' M&A and capital market needs. You will use your expertise in valuation and analysis to evaluate companies and projects under various operating scenarios, providing analysis and recommendations to optimize business plans, revenue, cost models and capital structures. You will be involved with all aspects of transaction origination and execution across midstream infrastructure, including performing and coordinating research of target companies and assets, new business development, assessing transaction opportunities, coordinating due diligence, overseeing valuation analysis, preparing marketing materials, structuring investments, negotiating and documenting deals.

What You Offer

• 6+ years' experience in project finance or development from an investment or commercial bank, fund sponsor, law firm, or strategic entity.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Geology or Law.
• Experience leading and supervising complex transactions and initiatives.
• Understanding of the broader infrastructure and energy sectors, with sound commercial judgement and strong presentation skills.
