Summary:
Set up and operate grinding machines to shape, smooth, and finish metal parts to precise specifications. Ensure quality, safety, and efficiency in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate manual and power grinders to finish metal components
• Inspect parts for accuracy using calipers and micrometers
• Follow all safety and PPE requirements
• Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of equipment
• Complete production and quality reports
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in metal grinding or manufacturing preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools
• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods

• Monday-Friday: 5:00 AM - 4:45 PM
• Saturday: 5:00 AM - 12:00 PM / 2:00 PM
• Sunday: Occasionally, as needed
