Job Details

Role and Responsibilities: Quickly and accurately quote the material and labor for incoming Contract Manufacturing Opportunities. Maintain quote logs and track variance against actual build times. Obtain Material Pricing and verify Material Availability Analyze Technical Documents to determine Documentation Structure, the most efficient Build Process, and the resulting Labor Costs Build BOMs Define Process Routers Aid in Assembly/Test Document Creation Assist in the development of quoting standards, records, and prospective strategies to acquire more business.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
* Experience within a contract manufacturing environment:
* PCBA
* Cable/Harness
* System/Box
* Experience in quoting one or more of the above manufacturing types
* Technical Degree. Years of experience may be used in leu of a degree.
Preferred Skills
* SMT equipment programming
* Wire/Harness Board design
* Work Cell Optimization
* Quoting Experience with a Contract Manufacturer
