Position Summary

The Good Practices (GxP) Training Coordinator plays a vital role in sustaining Empower Pharmacy's culture of quality and compliance. This position ensures that employees receive timely and accurate training aligned with current Good Manufacturing Practices and other regulatory standards. By managing training systems, records, and reporting, this role strengthens audit readiness and empowers our people to succeed in their work, helping us deliver on our mission of producing innovative medications so people can live healthier, happier lives.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Administers and optimizes the Learning Management System (LMS), managing user setup, training assignments, troubleshooting, and reporting to drive compliance across all GxP-regulated departments across the Enterprise.
  • Oversees the accuracy and integrity of training documentation by uploading, maintaining, and auditing records to ensure they are complete, current, and consistently audit-ready.
  • Analyzes training completion data, generates compliance reports, and delivers clear performance insights to leadership, enabling proactive action on emerging trends and risks.
  • Coordinates and delivers onboarding and role-specific training in partnership with department training specialists and subject matter experts, ensuring every employee is fully prepared for regulatory-compliant operations.
  • Prepares comprehensive documentation and provides expert support during regulatory inspections, internal audits, and external assessments to demonstrate ongoing compliance.
  • Plans and executes the logistics of GxP training events, workshops, and audits while serving as a trusted liaison between department training specialists, subject matter experts, and employees to promote clarity, consistency, and accountability in training execution.

While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to talk and hear. The employee is often required to remain in a stationary position for a significant amount of the workday and frequently use their hands and fingers to handle or feel in order to access, input, and retrieve information from the computer and other office productivity devices. The employee is regularly required to move about the office and around the corporate campus. Theemployee is regularly required to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, and to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams, manage multiple priorities, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) with experience using an LMS or other training documentation systems.

Experience and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in training administration, documentation management, or compliance support within a pharmaceutical, life sciences, or GxP-regulated environment.
  • Requires an associate degree in life sciences, human resources, business administration, education, or a related field; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • Certification in LMS administration, Training Within Industry (TWI), Associate Professional in Talent Development (APTD), or a recognized Train-the-Trainer (TTT) program preferred.
