Office Administrator - Part-Time

Bridgeway Capital Management is looking for an Office Administrator who enjoys working independently, managing diverse responsibilities, and making a meaningful impact through excellent administrative support. This role is part of our Finance and Talent team and plays a key role in keeping our organization efficient, organized, and well supported.

For this part-time Office Administrator role, we offer a competitive compensation of $32-$38/hr, commensurate with experience. And, for our full-time employees, we offer:

To be successful, you should have: - A High school diploma with 2-4 years of experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably within a finance or corporate environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) and navigates standard office systems efficiently.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication to support internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to manage time, priorities, and details with consistency while operating independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid experience with tools such as Concur, Salesforce, or Smartsheet and values continued professional development through certifications or coursework (e.g., CAP or college degree).
Your responsibilities as the Office Administrator will include: - Oversee daily office operations, including reception, facilities, supplies, mail, equipment, meetings, and information management to ensure a smooth and professional workplace.
- Welcome and assist guests while serving as a point of contact for office-related vendors, service providers, and external partners.
- Coordinate and execute administrative projects such as presentations, print and copy work, event planning, and special initiatives as requested.
- Maintain records and retention processes for onsite and offsite storage while identifying and implementing improvements to office practices and systems.
- Provide backup and supplemental administrative support across the firm, including scheduling, travel coordination, and expense reporting, and pursue ongoing professional development.
