Job Details

JOB PURPOSE:

Responsible for maintaining and improving inventory accuracy by proactive cycle counts, problem solving and process improvement.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Counting a variety of products.

• Use a scale for counting O-rings.

• Understand, uphold, and enforce inventory processes.

• Reconcile inventory discrepancies.

• Identify products with training.

• Data entry.

• Read and respond to inventory requests.

• Create solutions for common issues.

• Maintain proper inventory labeling requirements.

Requirements

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Forklift and reach truck driving (preferred).

• Basic math: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

• Navigate computer systems.

• Verbal, written and technological communication.

• Detail oriented.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• High School diploma or GED required.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK CONDITIONS:

• Must be able to lift up-to 50 pounds at times. (Heavier loads require additional lifters or equipment.)

• Crouching, reaching, pushing, pulling, and lifting.
