Job Details

Facility Services is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and staff. This position ensures the cleanliness of customer-facing areas, exterior grounds, and adjacent property. The role also supports event operations by coordinating cleaning schedules and performing janitorial tasks before and after events. Typical duties include janitorial services, pressure washing, painting, minor repairs, and other facility-related tasks as assigned.

Duties:

General Facilities Maintenance

• Perform regular cleaning of interior and exterior spaces, including trash pick-up, dusting, and detailing fixtures.
• Pressure wash designated areas such as concrete surfaces, Adirondack furniture, and stairways.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of exterior grounds, parking areas, entrances, gates, stairwells, and decorative features.
• Clean and detail interior drains, loading docks, and trash bins.
• Assist with minor repairs, touch-up painting, and other facility upkeep tasks.
• Inspect and clean rain gutters as needed.
• Coordinate cleaning schedules around private and public events.

Specialized/Skilled Tasks

• Clean and maintain kegerators and draft beer tap lines (weekly).
• Perform detailed cleaning of branded art cars and decorative elements.
• Support facility equipment upkeep as directed.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Prior experience in janitorial, custodial, or facility maintenance preferred.
• Ability to operate basic cleaning equipment (pressure washer, power tools).
• Knowledge of safe cleaning practices and handling of cleaning supplies.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean environment.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Flexibility to adjust schedule around events and business needs.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as bending, climbing, and standing for extended periods.
• Work is performed both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Weekend, evening, and event-based shifts may be required.
