Key Responsibilities

• Accurately type and enter data from various sources into internal systems while working remotely.

• Review and verify data entries for correctness, consistency, and completeness in a remote environment.

• Maintain organized digital records and assist with document management, all from your remote workspace.

• Meet productivity and accuracy targets while working remotely and independently.

• Collaborate virtually with team members and supervisors to ensure timely completion of keying tasks in a remote setting.

• Suggest improvements to data-entry processes and assist with enhancing remote workflows and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Prior experience in typing, data entry, or clerical work preferred (but not required).

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracyespecially working remotely.

• Comfortable working from home in a remote setting with strong time-management and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in spreadsheet or word-processing software (e.g., Microsoft Excel or equivalent tools).
