A&C Plastics is a leader in the plastics industry, known for our customer service, huge inventory, and fun, hardworking culture. We're looking for a Full-Time Warehouse Packager/Puller to join our team and help us continue to deliver excellence.

Schedule & Compensation:

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay: $15.00/hr (depending on experience)
Status: Full-Time, 40 hours per week + Overtime as needed

What Winning Looks Like:

• Package and pull orders efficiently and accurately
• Build pallets and keep the pallet room tidy
• Help keep the warehouse clean and organized
• Assist other warehouse departments as needed
• Jump in wherever needed to support the team
• Complete other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For:

• Packaging experience helpful, but not required
• Nail gun experience preferred
• Forklift experience is a plus, but not required
• Dependable with excellent attendance (attendance is a BIG deal here!)
• Focused - not distracted by "bright and shiny"
• Goal-driven and action-oriented
• Willing to lift boxes, sweep floors, hold doors - whatever it takes
• Team player who loves serving others
• Thrives in a fast-paced, accuracy-driven environment
• Able to pass both a drug screen and background check
