We are searching for a Marketing Director who is resident & family focused, a team builder, and excited about the opportunity to build and lead a high performing team and culture. The primary purpose is to plan, coordinate, and implement marketing programs to support organizational objectives and develop and implement strategies for social media platforms.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Customer service, marketing, or sales experience.
• Proficient in the principles of marketing and knowledge of marketing tools and techniques.
• Proficient in relevant computer applications.
• Proficient in social media marketing.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.
• Previous experience with Nursing Homes.
