SCHEDULE FOR OUR WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS LEAD:

This is a full-time position, MondayFriday, 8 AM5 PM, with occasional weekends during busy seasons.

YOUR ROLE AS A WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS LEAD:

In this role, you'll manage inventory levels and purchase orders to ensure our crews are well-stocked. You'll lead a warehouse team member, uphold organization and safety standards, and oversee vendor relationships. Your responsibilities include resolving discrepancies, tracking warranties, and improving processes to maintain efficient operations that support our field teams.

In order to do this, you'll need the following:

• Prior experience in inventory management, purchasing, or warehouse leadership
• Vendor relationship and purchasing experience
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Basic financial understanding (pricing, margins, inventory turns)
• Comfortable using inventory software and Excel
• Proven accountability and ability to lead

Experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, construction, or trades industry preferred.
