Warehouse Associate

This is a hands-on role where you'll be a vital part of our daily operations, handling a variety of tasks and playing a key role in getting our products to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Load & Unload: Efficiently and safely load and unload items, including rocks weighing between 30-45 lbs.
  
• Pick & Pack: Accurately pick and prepare customer orders.
  
• General Cleaning: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all areas are tidy and safe.
  
• Multiple Tasks: Be ready to jump in and handle various tasks as assigned, from inventory organization to helping with customer pickups.

Qualifications

• Experience: Previous experience as a warehouse associate is preferred.
  
• Physical Stamina: Must be able to consistently lift and move items weighing up to 45 lbs.
  
• Bilingual: Fluent in both English and Spanish to communicate effectively with our diverse team.
  
• Growth Mindset: A positive attitude and a desire to learn new skills and grow within our company.
  
• Team Player: Compassionate and willing to collaborate with others to achieve shared goals.
