Forklift Operator - Temp to Hire
Conroe, TX | $22.50/hour | 1st Shift

**Schedule & Pay:**

- 1st Shift: 7: 30 AM - 4: 30 PM, Monday - Friday
- $22.50 per hour
- Weekly pay
- Temp-to-hire opportunity

**Responsibilities:**

- Operate sit-down forklift safely and efficiently
- Load and unload trucks and containers
- Move materials throughout the warehouse
- Perform inventory counts and stock rotation
- Inspect forklift and report maintenance needs
- Maintain clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures

**Requirements:**

- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of forklift operation experience required
- Sit-down forklift experience preferred
- Forklift certification is a plus
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs when not operating equipment
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Team player with positive attitude
