Shift: 1 PM - 9:30 PM (OT as needed)

This is what it takes to work for us.
- GED or high school diploma required
- 1+ year of experience
- Clean and prepare metal parts and assemblies for painting
- Apply primers, paints, or protective coatings using spray equipment (air sprayers, guns, or booths) according to job instructions and standards
- Document work performed (e.g., inspection notes, paint batch usage)
- Stay strong - lift 50 pounds and stay on your feet
- Inspect parts for defects
