Job Summary
Join us for an exciting Summer Internship as part of our Digital Transformation portfolio, which includes innovative technologies such as SAP S/4HANA and various digital solutions. You will have the chance to engage in real-life projects, enhancing operational efficiency, data consistency, and revenue optimization during a 12-week internship period.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, the Digital Solutions team, and IT professionals.
- Analyze and document business problems.
- Explore and discuss potential solution options.
- Implement Digital Technologies, including Gen AI and Agentic AI, to address business challenges.
- Assist in the development and testing of solutions where applicable.
- Design and deliver change management materials, such as communications and training resources.
- Track and report on adoption metrics, adjusting strategies based on feedback.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Enrolled in an accredited college or university, pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or Management Information Systems.
- Strong interest in Digital Technologies as outlined above.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Lucid.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in team settings.
- Excellent task management and prioritization skills.
- Availability for a minimum of 12 consecutive weeks for the internship.
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States and will not require employment visa sponsorship in the future.
This role requires adherence to applicable safety precautions. The work is primarily performed in a controlled environment and may require moving items weighing up to 25 lbs. The successful candidate must be able to perform all essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
Desired/Preferred Qualifications
- Pursuing a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, MIS, or a related field.
- Interest or experience in specific functions, such as Finance or Operations.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools like Excel, Power BI, and advanced presentation software.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
