At Studio Movie Grill, we strive to create a unique and enjoyable dining experience for our guests. As a Dine-In Theater Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in coordinating our theater operations and ensuring that we meet our guests' high expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Uphold Studio Movie Grill's guest service standards by training and guiding associates.
• Perform essential daily tasks including opening, closing, and administrative duties.
• Ensure adequate staffing levels in all departments to enhance service efficiency.
• Assist in the hiring, training, and management of staff performance.
• Collaborate effectively with supervisors, peers, and guests to create a cohesive team atmosphere.
• Address and resolve guest concerns with attentiveness and professionalism.
• Achieve results with minimal supervision while maintaining a positive workplace environment.
• Consistently attend scheduled shifts and fulfill any special duties assigned by the General Manager.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3-5+ years of management experience in a high-volume restaurant or bar setting.
• Ability to obtain required alcohol service licenses and certifications, including T.I.P.S. Certification.
• Willingness to engage in physical activities, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Comprehensive understanding of staff functions and responsibilities.
