Receiving Stocker
Location: Houston, TX 77051
Pay Rate: $16 - $18 per hour
Shift: Monday - Friday, 800 AM -5 PM
Position: Contract with opportunity for full-time hire

Integrity Trade Services is seeking a dependable and detail-focused Receiving Stocker for our client, a distributor specializing in carbon and stainless steel pipe, fittings, and flanges. This full-time, first-shift position offers an excellent opportunity for career growth, competitive pay, and comprehensive benefits.

Position Overview:
As a Receiving Stocker, you will be responsible for efficiently receiving, inspecting, and organizing incoming shipments, ensuring accurate stock placement, and supporting order fulfillment. Your role is key to maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely unload trucks and verify incoming merchandise against shipping documentation.
• Operate forklifts and warehouse machinery (sit-down lifts, reach trucks, cherry pickers) to move and position stock.
• Organize and stock materials on shelves, racks, or bins according to company standards for easy retrieval.
• Pick and prepare orders for dispatch, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace-regularly sweeping, dusting, and organizing work areas and storage zones.
• Follow safety protocols and wear all required PPE at all times.
• Perform inventory stocking and system updates to guarantee system accuracy.
• Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned by supervisors or managers.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in a pipe yard or warehouse environment, including forklift operation.
• Experience handling carbon and stainless steel pipes is preferred.
• Proficiency with warehouse machinery (sit-down lifts, reach trucks, cherry pickers).
• Strong work ethic, reliable, able to work independently or within a team.
• Commitment to safety and adherence to safety rules and regulations.
• Physical ability to lift objects weighing 10-50 lbs regularly and over 100 lbs with proper equipment.
• Capable of standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, and climbing throughout the day.
• Good vision and attention to detail to ensure stock accuracy.
• Must pass background screening and drug testing.
