Overview of Responsibilities
As a Customer Order Fulfillment Associate, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Shopping for and fulfilling customer online orders using a mobile device with the Instacart Shopper App.
• Providing excellent customer service while ensuring product quality and freshness, including offering substitutes for any out-of-stock items.
• Communicating necessary order changes effectively.
• Processing transactions using the in-store POS system.
• Acting as an online ambassador for the store, answering questions about order delivery, the Instacart platform, and service benefits.
• Assisting in other store areas, including stocking shelves, filling frozen food bins, and maintaining store cleanliness and presentation.

Qualifications
To be considered for the role of Customer Order Fulfillment Associate at Sprouts, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age and possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Exhibit an outgoing, friendly demeanor with a positive attitude and the ability to engage positively with customers.
• Demonstrate good communication skills, the ability to follow directions, and a willingness to participate in a team environment.
• Be capable of operating front-end equipment, including registers, calculators, and scanners.
• Be able to stand, walk, and bend throughout the entire workday.
• Maneuver a utility cart holding 20 lbs., applying force up to 35 lbs., for a duration of 2 hours and a distance of up to 20 feet.
• Walk up to 3 miles within an 8-hour shift.
• Be willing to perform other related duties as assigned.
