Your Day at Lowe's

In your role, you will ensure accurate signage, pricing, and product displays, making it simple for customers to find what they need. Although your focus will primarily be on merchandising tasks, you'll have opportunities to interact with customers, providing them with information and assistance as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute merchandising resets and service projects according to Lowe's guidelines, confirming task completion.
• Manage buyback items, ensuring they are ready for shipping.
• Update and validate signage for product locations and wayfinding within the store.
• Ensure that product pricing is visible and replace missing price labels as necessary.
• Support sales by effectively staging clearance and ensuring proper product placement.
• Repair or replace any damaged signage or promotional displays.
• Communicate project needs with the Merchandising Services Team and management.
• Provide feedback on project execution and service metrics to leadership.
• Complete additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.
• Strong listening and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficient in using web-based computer programs.
• Capable of sitting or standing for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs unassisted, and over 25 lbs with assistance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience on the Lowe's sales floor.
• Previous experience in product merchandising, including planogram execution and display setups.
• Familiarity with operating power equipment like lifts and order pickers.
• Knowledge of essential tools such as drills and saws.
