Ross Stores - 6635 FM 1960 East - Responsibilities: Maintain a visible presence at store entrances/exits to deter theft; Walk the sales floor to identify theft indicators and address potential theft; Partner with Store Leadership to ensure compliance with Loss Prevention directives and minimize shortages; Mitigate theft & fraud by monitoring for suspicious behavior and communicating findings; Minimize operational shortage by training and educating Associates on shortage reduction initiatives
