Hydraulic Hose Assembler / Warehouse Associate
Pay Rate: $18/hr
Location: Humble, TX
Schedule: M-F, 8am to 5pm

Responsiblities:

• Assembly: Measure, cut, clean, and crimp industrial hydraulic hoses using machines like crimpers and cutters.
• Fittings: Attach appropriate fittings (couplings) to hoses, ensuring correct depth and lubrication.
• Testing & Inspection: Pressure test assemblies and visually check for defects, leaks, and proper crimp diameter.
• Work Orders: Interpret work orders, blueprints, or schematics to build hoses to precise specs.
• Quality Control: Ensure final products meet safety, quality, and performance standards.
• Inventory: Maintain records, manage materials, and keep work areas clean.
• Packaging: Clean and package hose assemblies for shipment

• Experience assembling hydraulic hoses preferred
• Warehouse / Forklift experience preferred
• Ability to read and understand work orders and instructions
• Proficient in using measuring tools such as tape measures and calipers
• Mechanical Aptitude: Understanding of hydraulic systems and components.
• Tool Proficiency: Experience with hand/power tools, crimpers, tape measures.
• Attention to Detail: Crucial for precise measurements and quality checks.
• Physical Ability: Ability to lift heavy parts, work in noisy/hot environments.
• Safety Focus: Adherence to strict safety procedures.
• Bilingual English / Spanish is preferred
