Aerotek - - Responsibilities: Inspect first run parts for defects and make necessary adjustments prior to production.; Turn, stack, and straighten preforms and parts while they are in the press.; Load press platens uniformly with molds of equal height.; Verify proper fit of preforms in molds and report discrepancies to the Crew Lead.; Ensure proper engagement of molds when the press closes and pressure is applied, especially when molds are stacked.
