A global General Contractor with a strong presence in Chicagos West Loop is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their growing team.

This firm delivers a diverse portfolio of projects across industrial, commercial, residential, hospitality, civil, and more, offering exposure to complex, high-profile builds both locally and nationally.

What Youll Be Doing:

• Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Manage budgets, schedules, risk, and client relationships
• Oversee internal project teams and coordinate with field leadership
• Ensure quality, safety, and financial performance across projects
• Drive successful delivery of complex, multi-sector builds

What Were Looking For:

• 812+ years of experience with a General Contractor
• Experience managing industrial, commercial, residential, hospitality, or civil projects nice to have
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage large, complex builds
• Ability to mentor and develop junior team members

Compensation & Benefits:

• ???? $150,000$175,000 base salary
