Housekeeper

Sundale Senior Living offers assisted living to seniors. Our goal is to bridge the gap between independent living and standalone assisted living solutions for seniors.

As a Housekeeper, you are responsible for providing residents with a service that exceeds their expectations, at all times. Must desire to work with seniors and have a tolerance for behaviors associated with the aging processes.

• Ability to respond promptly to resident needs
• Ability to remain calm in a variety of situations and use sound judgment
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed. Must be available to work weekends and holidays

What you'll be responsible for:

• Performs general cleaning assignments in resident apartments, hallways, & common areas
• Wash, dry, fold, and store linens and other laundry of the community and residents
• Inform the supervisor of any resident issues or concerns
• Keep housekeeping carts and vacuums clean and in good working order
• Strive to maintain a safe working environment through the prevention of accidents, preservation of equipment, and achievement of safe working practices
• Maintaining carpeted surfaces, including extracting, cleaning, spotting, drying, and vacuuming
• Follow daily and weekly cleaning schedules

Pay Rate and Benefits:

• Hourly rate is $11 an hour depending on experience. We pay weekly.

• 8 hour shift
• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• Weekend availability
• Monday to Friday
• On call
• Holidays
• Day shift
• Night shift
• Overtime
