General Foreperson (Full-Time) Waco, Houston, and Waxahachie, TX $24–$26/hour Full Benefits Package United Clearing Services , founded in 2021, provides critical vegetation management, emergency restoration services, and right-of-way tree trimming for utility companies across Texas. Our work focuses on maintaining safe clearance around utility infrastructure through professional tree trimming, growth regulation, and vegetation mitigation, helping reduce the risk of outages and infrastructure damage caused by wind, storms, decay, and overgrowth. This position requires full-time availability, including 10–12 hour shifts and up to 7 days per week during storm response periods , and work is performed outdoors in varying weather conditions and uneven terrain near active utility rights-of-way . Applicants should have 1–2 years of experience supervising vegetation management or utility line-clearance crews , with a strong emphasis on safety compliance and crew coordination. Candidates must have a valid driver's license and meet the requirements to operate company vehicles; a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is preferred.
