Concession Manager ( Houston Galleria)

Salary: $75,000 annually

The Concession Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of a branded concession inside Houston Galleria, driving sales performance, delivering an exceptional client experience, and ensuring smooth daily operations. This role combines hands-on leadership on the sales floor with operational oversight, merchandising execution, and close collaboration with the department store's management team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing retail team
• Own sales performance, KPIs, and elevated client experience
• Drive clienteling, events, and brand representation
• Oversee daily operations, inventory, merchandising, and POS accuracy
• Partner with HR, corporate, and Nordstrom leadership
• Analyze sales reports, manage shrink, and control expenses
• Ensure brand standards, compliance, and a positive team culture
• Requires 5+ years of retail experience with management and flexible availability
