As a valued Pharmaceutical Sales Associate, you'll serve as the key contact for account management activities in physician practices, driving business success through strong professional relationships built on exceptional service, product knowledge, and trust. You will be instrumental in developing and managing account business plans to consistently achieve results.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Promote pharmaceutical and healthcare products in your territory.
  • Enhance awareness of our product portfolio and drive patient engagement with physicians.
  • Foster long-term relationships with general practices, hospitals, and specialty clinics through integrity and trust.
  • Create strategic marketing initiatives and sales programs as needed.
  • Optimize performance by effectively planning and organizing sales calls in your territory.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and customer insights to communicate effectively with management.
  • Participate in sales training and maintain continuous education in innovative products.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance metrics within accounts and adjust strategies as necessary.
  • Collaborate closely with fellow sales team members to implement effective strategies.
  • Follow all pharmaceutical sales regulations and company policies diligently.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Strong sales and interpersonal skills with experience in account management.
  • A valid driver's license is required as this role is field-based.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A unique approach to stand out in the competitive marketplace.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills, self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
