Compensation:

• Excellent Weekly Pay: guaranteed $1,900 - $2,500 from the start!
• Top Owner Operators earn up to $300,000 gross annual earnings; up to $3,500 per week net
• Total weekly settlements include:
  • Percentage of line haul revenue to meet weekly pay target
    • All miles paid, loaded and unloaded.
  • Additional Incentives:
    • Program Completion Incentive: up to $5,000, bonus paid after 90 days if all requirements are met
  • Fuel surcharge (fluctuates weekly based on DOE average)

• Home Time: home every weekend and potentially several days per week
• Route: within the Southeast/South Central region
  • stops may include MS, TN, AL, GA, FL, TX, LA, NC, SC
• Level of Touch: Loading & unloading freight, must secure freight
  • Includes strapping, blocking, and chaining

• Late model Freighliner Cascadias and Peterbilts - 53 ft. flatbeds, step-decks
• Transmission: Automatic

• Inward and outward facing event triggered cameras

• Minimum age: 23
• Must have a valid CDL A License
• Must have at least 2 year of verifiable commercial driving experience, previous flatbed experience preferred. Training is available for those without previous flatbed experience.
• Clean MVR
  • No more than three (3) moving violations within the last thirty-six (36) months.
  • No more than two (2) preventable accidents within the last twenty-four (24) months
  • No at fault accidents
• Must be able to pass a FMCSA pre-hire drug screen and have no prior FMCSA positive drug and/or alcohol testing or refusals within the last 10 years
• Must be able to pass a previous employer and criminal background check.
• Owner Operators with arrest and conviction records will be considered pursuant to applicable federal, state, and local laws
